Weekly “Health Night” courses  offering one-on-one time with a certified nutritionist focusing on:

  • Vegetarian / Vegan Cooking
  • Low Sodium Diet
  • Cooking After Bariatric Surgery
  • Fast and Healthy Meals

Are you interested in healthy cooking, but have no time or ideas for healthy recipes? Not interested in healthy cooking, but have been told by a doctor to change your ways? Rata2ee is now offering “Health Night” for those interested in eating the foods we grew up with and love, but with a healthy twist! Class includes 90 minutes of cooking, and 20 minutes of activity, so wear comfortable shoes.

 

A typical Health Night will include:

 

  • 90 minutes to cook a healthy meal (main course)

  • 30 minutes of activity (dance: salsa, cha-cha, line-dancing)

  • 30 minutes to make a smaller meal (snack, appetizer or dessert)

  • ** Class will also include time with a Certified Dietitian
