Our birthday parties are the perfect get-together for kiddos to embrace their inner foodie!  Depending on which party package is selected, the birthday child and 9 friends show up to have a ServSafe Certified teacher show them how to make, pipe and decorate cupcakes OR make, bake and decorate pizzas, OR for littles, decorate cupcakes. All recipes are nut free; however, all allergies must be listed on the registration/waiver forms and will be followed up with a discussion with the party planner prior to the party starting. Don't forget to ask our planner about our extra decor options, if you'd like a Super Themed party!

 

BIRTHDAY PARTY OPTIONS & PRICING

 

Cupcake Wars Package:                    $399                 Appropriate for ages 7+

• 2 hour birthday party

• 2 Adults stay + 10 kids, includes the Birthday Child ($39 for each additional child up to 14 kids total)

• Each child brings 2 tablespoons of a special ingredient to add into their cupcake batter (examples: candied ginger & lime juice; dark chocolate, caramel & sea salt; maraschino cherries & chocolate; fresh berries & lemon juice; fresh bananas, caramel & cinnamon; dark chocolate & chili pepper) 

• Please do NOT bring what are meant to be cupcake TOPPINGS for your inside ingredients, as typically it is just plain sugar and has no taste (i.e. sprinkles, colored sugar, etc.) - WE provide this

• Chef walks them through making a batch from scratch

• While those are baking a demonstration on piping and decorating of cupcakes is given by chef

• 1 Chef Helper to facilitate the party

• Theme to be chosen by Birthday Child

• When baking and decorating are finished, we bring out pizza and punch / lemonade for kids to eat

• Gifts may be opened at this time, should you wish to do so

• A decorated cupcake will come out with candle in it to sing to the birthday child

• A disposable chef’s hat will be given to each child to decorate and wear during the party

• Plates, napkins & themed cupcake decorations are included

 

Pizza Palooza Birthday Party:                   $399    Appropriate for ages 7+

• 2-hr birthday party

• 2 Adults + 10 Kids, includes the Birthday Child ($39 for each additional child up to 14 kids total)

• Step-by-step teaching by a Rata2ee Chef on making their dough, cutting their toppings and designing their pie

• 1 Chef Helper to facilitate the party

• Theme to be chosen by Birthday Child

• When baking is finished, we bring out pizza and punch / lemonade for kids to eat AFTER we have a drumroll and contest on most colorful pizza

• Gifts may be opened at this time, should you wish to do so

• A decorated cupcake will come out with candle in it to sing to the birthday child, and each child will get a cupcake to eat for dessert

• Plates, napkins & themed decorations are included

Cupcake Decorating Package:                  $350    Appropriate for ages 4-6 yo

• 90 minute party, includes 1 hour of decorating and 30 minutes to eat pizza 

• 2 Adults stay + 10 kids, includes the Birthday Child (no more than 10 kids total)

• Chef walks them through decorating cupcakes 

• 1 Chef Helper to facilitate the party

• Theme to be chosen by Birthday Child

• When decorating is finished, we bring out pizza and punch / lemonade for kids to eat

• Gifts may be opened at this time, should you wish to do so

• A decorated cupcake will come out with candle in it to sing to the birthday child

• Plates, napkins & themed cupcake decorations are included

 

Super Themed Party Decor Options:

• In addition to your party package above, let us go above and beyond for you, by decorating your party in any of the following themes, for an additional $100:  Paris in Spring, Harry Potter, Candy Land, Butterflies, Tea Party Theme, Pirate Party, Unicorn, Flowers, Mermaid, Alice in Wonderland

• Includes Decor, Photo Backdrop, plates, napkins, themed cupcake decorations

 

Birthday Party Host Information:

1. Please have everyone show up 15 minutes before the party officially starts, so we can get hands washed and aprons on. Please have all long hair tied back at the nape of the neck.

2. Please only 2 hosts total to stay, it's a small space - thank you!

3. If you're holding a Cupcake Wars Party, please have each child bring a ziplock baggie of 2-3 fresh ingredients (2 TBS) to add into their cupcake. Please DO NOT BRING sprinkles.

4. Because the kids will have cupcakes for dessert, there's no need to buy a cake. We will light a candle, bring your child a cupcake and sing Happy Birthday.
5. You may bring party favors and decorations like balloons, if you'd like, but additional decor is not necessary. Absolutely no glitter or confetti!

6. Please do not bring any other outside food to the party, due to many children having food allergies.

7. Host must include all names of participants and email addresses at time of booking event. All waivers must be signed by each parent within 48 hours of the event taking place.
